A telephone bill audit is different for every client and therefore we provide a free consultation to discuss your needs. We investigate your bills and bring you bill analysis and expert solutions for cost reductions. We will provide on-going reports on cost saving recommendations.

If no cost reduction or no billing discrepancies leading to refunds or on-going savings are identified, there will be no charge to the customer and we will cover our own costs. CAA Solutions only gets paid once a saving or refund has been realized.
